How do I send a fax with Faxfix?

Upload your file, enter the fax number, and hit send. It’s that simple!

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or a credit card.

What file formats are supported?

We support PDF, PNG, and JPG files. Image files should be under 4MB in size. For larger images please convert these to PDF files.

Do I need to install any software to use Faxfix?

No, Faxfix is entirely web-based. You can use it from any device with an internet connection.

Can I send faxes internationally?

Yes, Faxfix supports international faxing. Simply enter the international fax number.

Do I receive a confirmation once my fax is sent?

Yes, you'll receive an email confirmation once your fax is successfully delivered.

Can I get a refund if my fax fails?

Yes! We automatically refund failed faxes due to technical issues on our end. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Why haven’t I received a confirmation for the fax I sent?

- There are a few reasons why this can occur: - Double check that the correct fax number was used - If the recipient has an analog fax machine, they need to make sure that voicemail and or call waiting is set to the same number. - Recipient may have a blocked number - Recipient machine Out of Paper/Toner/Memory

How is my data protected?

Your data is encrypted and secure throughout the process. Data is automatically deleted after 48hrs.
